Egg Bread Sandwich Loaf

Egg bread is much like challah. It is a soft bread lightly enriched with eggs, butter and sunflower oil.

Wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Makes fantastic french toast, or great for sandwiches. Because of its higher fat content, be careful toasting it as it burns easily!
