Egg Bread – Saturday

Egg bread is much like challah. It is a soft bread lightly enriched with eggs, butter and sunflower oil. Available plain, or covered in poppy seeds or sesame seeds.

Wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Makes fantastic french toast, or great for sandwiches.
