Khorasan

Khorasan flour is more commonly known as Kamut flour. It is an ancient grain, similar to spelt. It is related to the wheat family of grain. It has a subtle nutty flavour and beautiful golden crumb. It is one of our favourites! This loaf is made with organic white Khorasan flour, fresh yeast, and sea salt.
