A traditional German Christmas loaf studded with rum-soaked currants, cranberries and candied orange. Enriched with milk, eggs, and butter, and stuffed with a homemade marzipan log, and dusted with icing sugar on top. Gift wrapped for holiday gifting. Keeps well for 2 – 3 weeks, freeze very well. Slice thinly and serve for breakfast, with tea or coffee, or as a dessert.
